As a licensed engineer, Adam provides exceptional consulting services across a wide range of enclosure systems for commercial, large-scale residential, and specialty buildings. Drawing on experience rooted in Toronto, Ontario, he delivers innovative and comprehensive guidance for new and existing construction projects nationwide. In his role as Certa’s principal building enclosure analyst, Adam leads building science-based thermal and hygrothermal assessments of enclosure systems, including energy code compliance analysis and hygrothermal modeling, and translates results into practical, high-performance design solutions. An active industry contributor, he has co-authored publications and guidelines on durable, energy-efficient enclosure design. Adam has been practicing since 2015 and serves as Certa’s resource manager for the Seattle office.
