Building Science Consultant

As a building science consultant with over 20 years of experience in construction and development, Adam brings a diverse project portfolio to Certa spanning commercial, industrial, mixed-use, residential, and production facilities totaling more than 4,000,000 square feet. Before joining Certa, Adam managed complex ground-up developments and repositioning projects across the U.S. and internationally, with a focus on building envelope performance and constructability.

Adam holds an MBA from Budapest Corvinus University, was a licensed contractor in Oregon and Washington, and was a Certified Building Scientist Professional through the Building Performance Institute. He has also served as the Building Owners Stakeholder on the Oregon Seismic Safety Policy Advisory Committee and was a member of the Oregon Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program.

In his free time, Adam can be found traveling with his family, moto-camping, or trying to make a dent in his ever-expanding home projects list.
