In his role as a Project Engineer, Héctor is an emerging member of Certa’s team who integrates building science fundamentals with structural performance to support the effective translation of design into construction. His experience includes the design of reinforced concrete and steel systems, along with extensive site observation work in support of quality assurance efforts. Héctor collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues efficiently and leverages his bilingual abilities to ensure alignment among both English and Spanish speaking project teams. He holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering, is an Engineer in Training (EIT), and has been practicing since 2024.
