As a Building Science Engineer in our Seattle office, Hiroki provides technical leadership for Certa rehabilitation and new construction projects around the country.  His extensive experience in enclosure condition assessments, field investigations, testing, document review, and on-site evaluation of installed work helps ensure Certa projects are in conformance with contract documents and client expectations. Hiroki’s work spans from low- and high-rise commercial new construction to major rehabilitations. He applies his expertise in glazing systems, rehabilitation techniques, and emerging enclosure technologies to support high-performance construction. Hiroki is licensed in Colorado, Florida, Oregon, and Washington, he has been practicing building science since 2011.
