His background in field performance testing, construction administration, and project management enables him to support project teams and clients in achieving comprehensive and well-coordinated building solutions. With training in both architecture and construction management, Joe provides sound enclosure design guidance paired with practical and effective solutions to complex technical challenges. He is a SPRAT Level 1 Certified Rope Access Technician and has been practicing since 2012.
